Your 7am.Their whole week.

Bina is an app for personal trainers who run their own clients — not a gym, not a place clients go to find a coach. You see what they lifted last Tuesday. They see it too — their progress, their next session, what they still owe — from a link, nothing to download.

Her message came in at 9:12pm.
You found it Thursday.

It landed between the family group, the futsal group and a flash sale. By the time you scrolled back it was four chats down — and Thursday was already gone.

That isn't a discipline problem. It's one inbox doing two jobs. Bina gives the work its own place: one list, only the people you train, and a notification that tells you which kind of message just arrived before you pick the phone up.

Same message, two inboxes
How it starts

Message us today. You're set up today.

  1. STEP 1 Message us on WhatsApp. Your name, and whether it's BinaFit, BinaLaga or BinaRaket. That's the whole form.
  2. STEP 2 We set your app up — same day. Your own app and your own client portal at your own address. Not a login on a shared system: a stack that's yours, with 14 days on the clock.
  3. STEP 3 The app walks you through the rest. Your first client, their link, your first open time, your prices, where the money goes. Eight steps in the order they need each other, and it takes you to each one and ticks it off as you go.
  4. STEP 4 Send each client their link. They open it on their phone — nothing to download, nothing to sign up for. From then on they can see what you see.
Not for A gym's front desk. Finding you new clients. Drop-in classes for strangers.
Three products, one house

BinaFit for the gym floor. BinaLaga for the mats.
BinaRaket for the court.

BinaFit

Strength, gym coaching, Hyrox, running and swimming.

  • Up to three tracked goals per client, weighed against their own starting numbers — never a generic chart.
  • A session logger built for sets, reps and splits — the same splits format covers a Hyrox station list, a run session or a swim set.
  • Body composition — weight, body fat, girths — as its own always-shown block, taken as one measurement round.
  • Group classes for your own clients — a squad of eight on a Tuesday, each requesting their place, logged once, credited per head.
  • The evolving character: a quiet line-art marker of how far a client's actually come. Never an XP bar.
BinaLaga

Combat sports and MMA coaching.

  • Rounds, RPE and a focus tag — a combat session logged the way it's actually coached.
  • A drill suggester that filters by injury, equipment and partner — never shown to the client, only ever offered to you.
  • The same client tracking, group classes and evolving character as BinaFit, tuned for a fight camp instead of a rep count.
BinaRaket

Tennis, badminton, pickleball, padel and squash coaching.

  • Goals a racket coach actually sets — first serve in, serve speed, rally length, consistency, UTR or DUPR — tracked against the client's own first reading.
  • A lesson logged by what you worked on: serve, return, forehand, backhand, volley, footwork, match play — one tap each, then your note.
  • Group clinics built in: "Tuesday Doubles, 8 spots" — each player requests their place, you log the clinic once.
  • No body-composition block, no sets and reps — the same app underneath, shaped for the court.

First trainers set up in Bandar Seri Begawan, September 2026. Their words go here once they've had a fortnight with it — not before.

Why this exists

You didn't start training people so you could run an admin business at 9pm.

Bina started because the tools a solo trainer here actually uses were never built for it. A WhatsApp group standing in for a booking system. A spreadsheet nobody fully trusts. A client left guessing whether her message landed, who quietly stops coming — and you never find out why.

So it's built around how business is really done here. B$ on a bank transfer. WhatsApp still carries the message. The client opens a link in a browser, with nothing to download and no card on file. Everything else — the calendar, the credits, the notes, the notifications — moves out of your head and into one place that remembers.

It's ours, not a job we handed over and forgot. It gets better most weeks, and the people on it now are the reason it does.
